Accent in file name... (not a bug)

If a student submit a work (file) name like : travaildegéo.doc Some server can not read because the accent.(é)

The application should rename file automatiquely when is a accent like é à ô etc.

Yes, it's works like this everywhere on the platform.

We use a function called replace_dangerous_char. In mode strict (a param of the function) we replace éàù... by eau...

But we dont' use mode strict anywhere on the platform.

Why ? I don't know ?

Do you have problem with this character ?
